Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the free bottle of champagne was a lovely touch, the room temperature was uncomfortable, and the layout didn't allow couples to sit together. The staff, however, were incredibly friendly and apologetic, making the service experience pleasant overall.
The hotel manages to be stylish with modern facilities while not losing any of its historic charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they are dated and not up to the expected standard for the price. The walls are paper thin, making it easy to hear everything, which can be a drawback.
The hotel's rooms, though small, exuded elegant design, enhancing the charm of the mansion and surrounding gardens. The cleanliness and presentation were top-notch. The staff was warm and helpful, though the rooms were a bit small, possibly due to the building's design.
